Service Questions:

This is a breach of my contract and I want the panels off my roof.

Your contract is with Level Solar, Inc.   Level Solar, Inc. is still an active company but they just don’t have a Workers’ Compensation Policy, therefore they are providing you service for your system through SUNation. There is no breach of contract.  All Level contracts include a buyout provision.  Should you wish to purchase your panels to get out of your contract, we can get you a price to do so.  This will take some time but if you’re interested we can make a request to have the numbers for your system calculated and get them to you as soon as possible. My agreement said it would be $400 to take off the panels if I wanted to replace my roof. What is SUNation going to charge me?

Your agreement is still in place.  SUNation will charge the same $400 fee for this service.  If you wish to replace your roof please call SUNation and we will schedule a date to come remove the panels.  We will store those panels in our warehouse and reinstall them when your roof is completed. Please keep in mind as per your agreement, you will be charged what your system would of produced during the time the panels are off the roof.  Therefore, it’s best to minimize the amount of time your panels are off the roof.

What if I need to have my siding done?

Simply call SUNation. We will schedule a date to come out and remove your inverter and reinstall it a day or two later.

Who do I call if I have an issue? I don’t think my system is working.

My net meter isn’t going backwards.

I have a fault on my inverter.

I can’t get into my Level app. How can I see what my system is producing?
