Yes! After five (5) years, you may purchase the system.
Payments will begin 30 days after the solar system is activated and begins to generate energy. All payments are due on the date reflected in your monthly invoice and can be paid via checking account or credit card. Automatic payments are available.
If you sell your home, you may transfer the lease agreement to the new home buyer, prepay the lease agreement, or pay a fee to have the system removed.
You will be provided with a bill credit on your next invoice (s) for an amount equal to the guarantee credit.
You will carry forward the surplus, which may be applied in the future years to offset any shortfalls.
Yes, a mechanic's lien will be placed on your property.
Every leased system comes equipped with a 5 year workmanship warranty and a 5 year rooftop penetration warranty.
