With a proven track record on Long Island demonstrated by the overwhelming success of the Solarize Brookhaven program in 2015 and being chosen “Best of Long Island” for seven consecutive years, we’re happy to be able to help the home and business owners of North Hempstead create a more sustainable community and save money.
As reported by NYSERDA, the Town of Brookhaven’s Solarize program produced one of the highest numbers of solar projects in all of the NY State campaigns. We believe that the team at SUNation was an excellent choice for the Solarize Brookhaven Campaign and would recommend them as an experienced and reliable partner for future Solarize campaigns.
Launched by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo in December 2014, New York’s “Solarize” initiative is a collaboration between the State and local communities designed to simplify purchasing and obtain discounts for participants on solar projects. Through the Solarize campaign, the Town is creating partnerships with Solar Installers that have proven track records of quality workmanship, who offer high quality products, and who employ local workers.

Nearly 80 Town of Brookhaven homeowners and their families are feeling the pride of a community that has done a good thing for the environment by going solar. And they’ll feel the thanks that $55,300 provides this coming Wednesday. That’s when SUNation Solar Systems, Long Island’s Fastest Growing Solar Provider, will award participating homeowners in the SolarizeBrookhaven project with individual checks for $700 apiece totaling $55,300 for stepping up and leading their community by going solar.
