Yes! You will be able to claim the NYS Solar Tax Credit of 25% of the solar system cost, up to $5,000. However, you will not be eligible for the Federal Incentive Tax Credit (ITC).

Yes. Based on the system of your system, you will receive a yearly breakdown on the production that is guaranteed.
There are no minimum income requirements, minimum credit score requirements, upfront money, or out-of-pocket expenses.
The term length is 25 years.
If you sell your home, you may transfer the lease agreement to the new home buyer, prepay the lease agreement, or pay a fee to have the system removed.
You will carry forward the surplus, which may be applied in the future years to offset any shortfalls.
Every leased system comes equipped with a 5 year workmanship warranty and a 5 year rooftop penetration warranty.
*Financing and loan options for solar, including no money down financing, is contingent upon applicant eligibility as measured by creditworthiness and other qualifying factors. *SUNation will pay your electric bill from the day you sign a contract to the day your solar system is installed. Payment will be issued via a $1,000 check from SUNation. This offer is valid for contracts that are signed between 4/1/24 and 4/30/24. SUNation clients are responsible for continued payment of their utility bills each month, and SUNation will send the check after your system is installed.
