SUNation Solar Systems has been in business for 16 years. The call center was started a year and a half ago and has been highly successful. As with any new and growing division, opportunities are endless.
Basic Function:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for scheduling qualified sales appointments through over the phone efforts, drive company profitability and growth while helping homeowners save money and reduce their environmental impact by going solar.
We are looking for driven, fun & engaging people who are passionate. The perfect candidate will enjoy over the phone interaction, sales, have an interest in sustainable energy and have the ability to communicate the benefits of solar in clear English.
4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) 1 pm to 8 pm. Choose which weekday you have off!
Mandatory Saturday 10am-3pm
Expected salary for entry level: $50K annually.
· Generate leads utilizing Five9 dialing software.
· Effectively communicate information to homeowners pertaining to lowering their electric bills by going solar.
· Schedule future sales appointments.
· Maintain knowledge of current rebate rates and incentives.
· Communicated professionally and courteously.
· Effectively communicate financing options to clients.
· Work in conjunction with the administration and sales staff throughout the sales process.
· Meet monthly sales quotas.
· Attend mandatory meetings and training programs.
· Perform other duties as needed.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule
· A willingness and ability to learn and take direction.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite products.
· Must be punctual, professional and have a great over the phone presence.
· Ability to work in team environment.
· Able to generate interest in solar.
· Able to provide a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
· Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
· High school diploma/equivalent (or higher).
· At least one year of sales experience in a call center environment.
· Looking for outgoing calls sales experience (not in-bound customer service)
